Terms & Conditions

Thank you for seeking my assistance with date night. Date night is a vital component of every healthy relationship. It is time for you and your partner to reevaluate, reconnect, and recommit to each other. My Date Night Service will provide you with curated date ideas to help you and your partner reconnect.

This Agreement is entered into between Erin F. Darden of advent Coaching & Consulting, LLC (“Coach”) and Tiffany and Jacob Hutchinson (“Client”) (individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).

Effective Date. This Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2022, and will continue until terminated pursuant to this Agreement.

Services. Curated Date Night Ideas to include one in-home date idea and one out-of-home date idea per month (“Service”).

Cancelation. Either Party can cancel this Services by providing 30-day written notice.

How it works:

On the 15th of every month, Client will provide Coach with your two date nights and budget for the next months (e.g., by July 15th, you will provide your August date nights and budget for such dates, by August 15th, you will provide September date nights and budget for such dates).

By the first day of each month, you will receive four date night ideas, two in-home date ideas, and two out-of-home date ideas.

From the four date night ideas presented, you will select two date night ideas, one in-home date night idea, and one out-of-home date night idea.

You will pay $30 for each date idea selected. Once payment is submitted, you will receive the details and instructions on how to execute the date. Note, Client is responsible for any costs associated with the dates.
